What if someone who knew what they were doing went to one of the finest areas for making and growing wine and picked out maybe 4 bottles a month and sent it to you? What a great idea. Particularly the part about Fine Wines. I haven’t been taught what a fine wine is. My ex drank Red Mountain by the half-gallon. I didn’t drink it because it made me have a headache and I would feel like my allergies were acting up. My history of hay fever in my 20’s developed into strong asthma in my 40’s.
I became aware of true Fine Wines about three years ago
It was a real wake-up call for me because I learned why I felt so lousy from drinking wine. For one thing, I wasn’t really drinking wine. I was drinking a fake wine. Something made up of grapes, preservatives, extra sulfites, and even arsenic to increase sweetness in some cases. Then I learned about this wine of the month club.
Some of the things that make Fine Wines are actually Fine Wines!
True fine wine tastes different every year based on the weather, and conditions. Wind, rain, the age of the grapes, the different grapes used in the combination all make a big difference between each year. That is why true wine connoisseurs don’t drink store-bought wine. There are too many preservatives put in that keep it from going sour while it is on the store shelves.
This region in California is considered one of the top ten regions in the world for wine growing and they also are loaded with wineries. This company has relationships with the best winemakers. All of them are at least in the top 5 winemakers for the world. We go to them and work with them to taste their best vintages and then if they pass our testing, we have them put away till they are just right for bottling and sending to our members.
The Napa area is ideally suited for wine growing. Just about every morning, they have fog that creeps in and allows the grapes to rest and preserve the acid in the fruit. The afternoons are mainly sunny. It rains enough but not too much, so they have an extended growing season. This gives them a long time to develop the fruit and sugar in that fruit. And, then they have mild winters which make this an outstanding growing area for grapes.
Then to top it off
Their soil is also special. Number one, it is very diverse having more than 40 different types of soil. It also has volcanic soil which is unique to this region which makes this area extremely fertile. Thus, the grapes in this area are always in a perfect climate and perfect soil. What more would one want?
How about even more diversity in its terrain. There are low mountains, long valleys and because of those two terrains, it also has benchlands (low surrounded by high). This makes it perfect for growing a lot of different grapes, for example, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sangiovese, and Zinfindal.
Then, we buy the whole amount the winemakers of the chosen vineyards have available and put our own labels on them. We have several labels that are only ours. For example Ricord Merlot, Ashley Moscato, Tanya Pino Grigio, More than Muse Blond, Red, Black, and Brunette. We are putting out more every harvest. Keep an eye on our labels.

You will actually build up a personal wine cellar. Think how neat it will be to be able to pull out something that is just perfect for all the special events in life.
