Corporations vs Network Marketing

How many of you are working for the “Man”? The “man” is corporations. And, how many of you feel that corporations are the safest way to make money and will eventually bring you safety and money? While I’m going to explain the difference below, I want you to know I’ve found a very unusual Marketing Training Company that has all the best of both!! The harder you work, the more results are available!!

I’ve worked in many Corporations and in Network Marketing.

I’ve done both. For example, I was an Administrative Secretary for the Vice President of a Bank. I watched my boss come in a 10 AM after his time at the Gym. He would leave at 11:30 AM and go to lunch, not coming back until 1:30 to 3:00 PM. I was working my tail off getting marketing letters out and the other things needed and he was playing golf in his office. Now, not everyone corporate person is quite so a sluff off. But, I have, in my history worked for many many higher-ups in corporations and have found that they normally don’t work nearly as hard as the people, even in the mailroom do!!

There are definitely big differences other than that!

In a typical corporation, there is a definite hierarchy with certain levels of management. Once in a while, you can start at the bottom and can gradually move up by putting in your time and proving yourself over many years. You might even get to Manager or Vice-President. However, there are limits on how far you can advance, based on who you know and who the person knows that is in the position above you. And, since there are only a couple of vice presidents in any one corporation and thousands of people below them. You have very little chance to get there.

What a difference with Network Marketing!

Network marketing is much more open and flexible. There is no fixed ladder to climb – you can achieve any level of success based on your own effort and leadership abilities. When you sponsor new people into your company, and help them build their own businesses, there is no limit to how many generations down the structure you can go. The people above you want to see you succeed because your success helps them too.

In a corporation, the people at the top make the most money, and it trickles down from there. With network marketing, it’s possible to surpass people above you in the organization if you outperform them. The compensation plan is designed to reward those who put in the work marketing products, recruiting team members, and providing training and motivation. Your earnings are directly tied to your own productivity.

Now, let’s talk about money!!

Another big difference is that corporations usually cap earnings once you reach a certain level. Mailroom people never make the big bucks!! In network marketing, there are no artificial ceilings placed on what you can achieve. The more customers you have purchasing products month after month, the more team members you recruit and lead, the higher your income can go. Earnings stretch way beyond ordinary wages or salaries.

Network marketing gives everyone an opportunity to be mentored by experienced leaders within your support system. You get training and advice that is hard to come by in a traditional corporate environment because no one is trying to help you be successful. Teamwork and collaboration are encouraged rather than internally competing to climb some corporate ladder.

Network Marketing Rewards hard work.

Overall, network marketing provides a flexible, creative opportunity to take control of your financial future. Now, it is your own business, even though your trainer wants you to be successful, the work to get there is yours. They can tell you what to do and answer questions and give you lots of support, the work to do it is yours. However, with a commitment to consistent hard work over time, your passion and skills determine your success rather than politics or higher education. For an entrepreneurial person seeking unlimited earning potential, network marketing can be your right path.
