Kady’s Story, or how we got here.
Kady started out in ballet as a little girl. She excelled at it and decided to continue with it as a career. However, she also liked sports, especially basketball so she combined and got the best of both worlds. She became an NBA dancer.
However, the outfits she practiced in were not that comfortable. Anyone who had done any activity where you sweat as a normal part of it, realize that polyester, or nylon, or many of the activewear outfits were just not comfortable. Because they are 100% synthetic. Nylon traps heat and makes you sweat more. When you sweat more, you need more water to keep yourself from being dehydrated. In her situation, and anyone else that works out having to keep drinking water, and sweating it all out when you are actually being active is NOT what you want.
I know that I spend a lot of my time in sweats because they are just comfortable. And, I am a working from home person which makes sweats the more economical way for me to dress. However, I always change when I’m going to be going anywhere because I want to look fairly good to others.
